Thrifty Thursday: Chokers Under $15

After reading this morning's Readables on how much people are now spending on this trend, I felt my inner saver get sick. Seriously? Someone somewhere thinks that a choker is worth almost $2000?! That's nuts.

While we all can see that the choker trend isn't going anywhere in 2017, that doesn't mean we should break bank on it.
