I know when those sleigh bells ring, that can only mean one thing

While Christmas is a season that is hallowed and miraculous time of year, it also can be (and should be) a season that is filled with laughter and humor. I mean, cmon, how many Christmas movies and specials are out there that crack us up (Christmas Vacation is one of my personal favorites!) There are ways to infuse even your look with the joy of the jolliest time of year without dressing like Santa or an elf.

Take today's look for example. A new spin is taken on the classic (and sometimes ugly) Christmas sweater when a brilliant creator on Etsy combined the traditional holiday apparel with a "Hotline Bling" pattern, and I think it's a genius was to ring in the holiday on a funnier note.

I pair this sweater with dark wash denim, a pair of comfy boots, a matching hat and vest and I finish the look with shades and a belt and I go ahead and call it Christmas. This is a look that can go from relaxed family party to casual friendly get together and then some. Wherever you choose to go this Christmas season, I wish you the merriest holiday yet.
