Affordable Guide to Spring Trends

Spring can be one of the trickiest seasons to dress for. Winter's last gasp crashes into flower inducing rains while Summer tries to jump the gun. You
can literally experience three different seasons in one week. Compound that with the wave of new styles coming out, and the confusion could multiply.

But Spring can also be the most fun season to dress for. Full of color and expression, Spring encourages us to try something new, to be adventurous, to have fun, to simplify.

It is in that spirit of newness, experimentalism, and simplification, that I've packed this Throwback Thursday feature with every ladies fashion spring feature on this blog. Many show how to prepare for, shop for, and be excited for spring without breaking bank and oh so stylishly.

Tuesday ShoesDay: 9 Pairs BadAss Work Flats

(Photo from We Heart It)

Flats, the shoe most of us love. Simple, sweet, chic, this essential shoe is perfect for dressing up jeans, dolling up dresses, and making any work outfit more comfortable.

There are such a wide variety of shapes, shades, and fabrics of flats, you can literally have a pair to suit your every mood.

But, not all flats are Reclaimed approved. Here are a few pairs that graced the runways Refinery29 recently shared. These are being hailed as showcasing the upcoming trend changes to come to flats.

And these aren't by novice or crazy designers, these are Isabel Marant, Valentino and Miu Miu.

Needless to say I have no interest in buying or wearing such atrocities against the lovely little flat. At the same time, I agree that flats on their own can be a little boring.

So, for this week's Tuesday ShoesDay, I've found 9 pairs of the badest yet work  ready flats so you can kick work in style. And, of course, along with being super cute, they are all very affordable.

Happy ShoesDay.
