Bella Boutique is a consignment shop that specializes in high end retail. If I want to go fancy, I go here.
I usually find the store EXTREMELYclean and the staff pretty personable. They are very particular about what they consign however, making them one of the premiere consignment shops in Philly.
And you can see why! Look at this wall! As with consignments verses thrift, you will be spending a great deal more on items. Bella is no exception especially because the majority of their stock is so high end. So should you choose to shop here, be prepared. Otherwise, happy shopping!
