BeySearch: Beyoncé's latest march drop calls on 90's Nostalgia

Beyoncé just dropped her latest merch and it's got folks both scratching and nodding their heads.

The collection, dubbed BeySearch, is literally a pieces of Black clothing featuring numerous images of Beyoncé as if one was doing a Google Search. The collection feels very nostolgic, featuring babydoll dresses, fanny packs (which are already sold out) and bucket hats and is reminiscient of 90's posters we 80's babies, kids, and teens used to hang on our bedroom walls.

It is interesting that Bey would drop a capsule collections such as this after a very busy month of promoting the latest live action Disney Film, The Lion King, where she is the voice of 'Nala'. Admittedly, the live action films stoke the coals of nostalgia in all of us, The Lion King is beautifully no different. So to follow up the release of that film, a callback to the 90's with a sort of 90's collection is very in tune and on brand for Mrs. Carter.

It is literally Beyoncé nostolgia. Her life and career made wearable, and so many of us (hi, I am us) are completely here for it. Check out the full capsule collection here and thank me later.
